Steam lists 50 achievements for ReStory. This guide groups every official objective and separates confirmed requirements from changing community-reported tactics.

Direct answer

ReStory has 50 Steam achievements. Most publish a clear objective on Steam, including repairs, cleaning, orders, licenses, reviews, shop milestones, and long-term play; the hidden story achievements need extra care because Steam withholds some descriptions and the first community guide is still being updated.

Repair, cleaning, and customization achievements

These achievements follow actions that the official Steam list describes directly. Repairing a part with the soldering iron, completing a first device, cleaning the workshop, removing dirt, buying automated tools, painting, hacking, and applying stickers all have visible requirements. The safest approach is to follow the wording shown in Steam rather than rely on an old demo checklist.

The community achievement guide adds practical context for several actions, but it also labels itself work in progress. Treat its tool locations and bug notes as dated player evidence, not permanent game rules. If a counter does not move, save the current version, objective, and item state before repeating a long grind.

Orders, reviews, and shop progression

Email-order and review achievements are cumulative, so normal shop play advances them without a special story route. Steam distinguishes accepting the first email order from completing 25 or 100 email orders, and it separately tracks five, 25, and 50 reviews. A job should only be counted after the game records completion; merely accepting or repairing an item is not the same milestone.

Licenses, marketplace purchases, money, decoration, and bills form a second progression track. The visible Steam objectives are authoritative for the required totals. Community advice can help with pacing, but current prices, seller condition, and profit margins can change and are therefore not presented as guaranteed strategies.

Time and assembly competition achievements

The day-count achievements reward continued play, while Akiba never sleeps asks for seven consecutive days without ending the day. Steam states those conditions but does not explain every pause, save, or reload edge case. Avoid assuming that an offline clock or menu time contributes unless the in-game counter confirms it.

Assembly competitions have three visible milestones: win once, win three different competitions, and win at least one competition for every device type. The community guide reports that the final competition goal depends on broad device progress, but current completion behavior should be checked against the live achievement counter before starting a repeat run.

Full spoilers: story and hidden achievements

This section names every remaining story or secret achievement. Steam exposes the objective for Origami and a cryptic clue for Ghost in the frame, while Rock for the ages! and Globalization have blank descriptions in the public list. Melancholy and Ronin also use story-style descriptions rather than a reproducible choice sequence.

A community guide proposes routes for several of these achievements, but it was still changing on August 9, 2026 and its comments reported inconsistent unlock behavior. Because the available full walkthrough has not yet been independently mapped scene by scene, this page does not turn those reports into guaranteed dialogue choices. The names remain fully visible here so achievement hunters can track the complete set without a false route.

Known issue reporting

The official August 7 update lists How did I do this? and Frugal as unlocking early, while the first Steam Community achievement guide reports additional inconsistent behavior. Only those two early-unlock issues are official as of August 9, 2026; the remaining reports are player observations. Check the guide update date and game patch version before changing a save or starting over.

For a useful report, record the achievement, Steam objective, game build, save state, action taken, and whether restarting changed the result. Do not use an achievement manager or modified executable as a troubleshooting step. This guide will update confirmed routes when two independent current-build records agree.
