ReStory customer stories: Choices and Endings
Dialogue and choices are confirmed to influence a branching story, but exact routes and ending conditions require spoiler-safe full-release verification.

ReStory customer stories are part of the core loop: official material says dialogue and choices can affect customers, the shop, the branching storyline, and its ending. Exact choice routes, relationship values, and the number of endings remain unconfirmed.
How repairs connect to stories
Steam says players interact with customers while restoring their devices and experience a branching storyline with multiple endings. It also names customers with unique stories and dialogue as a key feature. That makes narrative choice a confirmed mechanic rather than fan interpretation.
PC Gamer independently observed that repairs reveal information about customers and their attachment to devices. The preview supports the framing, but it is not an ending walkthrough. Exact triggers and relationship tracking still need full-release evidence.
What the official examples establish
The store gives two broad examples: deciding whether to report disturbing information found on a former gangster’s phone and helping a student with a confession. They show that a device can expose personal information and lead to a choice. They do not reveal a universally correct response.
A guide should preserve those examples without inventing names, rewards, or route labels. Promotional wording is not an exact quest sequence. Timing, prerequisites, and consequences remain unconfirmed.
Multiple endings without an invented count
Multiple endings are confirmed by Steam, but no checked source provides the total count, unlock conditions, or whether each customer has a separate ending. Publishing a guessed number would turn a verified feature into false information. The overall shop story must also be separated from one customer outcome.
A route guide needs the starting save state, exact dialogue, immediate result, later consequence, and ending reached in the same version. Repeating the route or matching it to an official explanation is necessary before calling it deterministic. No best ending is named here.
Spoiler-safe documentation standard
Future route pages should answer the search question first and mark spoilers before revealing outcomes. Screenshots should preserve the dialogue wording, game version, and enough context to show what triggered the result. Community recollections can suggest tests but cannot become a definitive route alone.
This page remains in research status until those records exist. It does not copy a character database or fill missing profiles from speculation. Ages, preferences, relationship values, and complete personal routes remain unconfirmed.
